Anyone want to hear my Lance Armstrong story? I met him in a shop in Tenerife, he was with Sheryl Crow buying chocolate biscuits and coffee. Once i got over my shock and stalked him round the shop to make sure it wasn't a double i managed to get his autograph and have a brief word. The following year he won his 6th Tour. I can give you all the training tips i gave him if you sponsor us! Bargain.

Dave - a Community Mental Health nurse from Exeter. The ride was Daves brain child. Motivated by the loss of his Father to the disease last year.
Nick - another Mental Health Nurse working in Bristol. Nick has worked for many years with Alzheimer's sufferers and their families.
Steve - a Manager working for the NHS based in North Devon
Stephen - Stephen is responsible for the management and development of the University of St Andrews website.

How about photographic proof of that autograph?
Perhaps it was the chocolate biscuits and coffee that was the key to his success. Nick should be alright then - that's pretty much his staple diet!
