I was bereft of imagination today so when given 4 hours to spend on my bike I just rode the same old loop down to Chepstow and back. Here are the details for my training free Joglers to admire.
Who Are We?
Dave - a Community Mental Health nurse from Exeter. The ride was Daves brain child. Motivated by the loss of his Father to the disease last year.
Nick - another Mental Health Nurse working in Bristol. Nick has worked for many years with Alzheimer's sufferers and their families.
Steve - a Manager working for the NHS based in North Devon
Stephen - Stephen is responsible for the management and development of the University of St Andrews website.
